We stand behind every PupDash product with a 30-day guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase, email hello@shoppupdash.com within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement. Your satisfaction comes first. Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue so we can help you as quickly as possible. Damaged or defective items are always replaced free of charge. We want every pup (and their human) to be happy.
